subway proximity broadway proximity helpful staff small bedroom broken fan late night music

i had a blast the location was amazing it was so close to the subway and broadway shows i wanted to see. the staff was also wonderful i found them very accommodating. the attached bar was a definite plus for a nightcap after a show

the bedrooms felt really small like a closet with very little natural light. the bathroom fan was broken and the room had a musty smell i didn't love that.

Cliff was very cute. He. he greeted me whenever i walked by, nice. the location is great. It is close to entertainment and dining spots.

The wifi password on the placard in the room was wrong. i had to call the front desk to sort it out. the bathroom door jammed, so it didn't close properly. also, there was no free breakfast. Some hotels include breakfast.

The location proved convenient. The subway was very close. i found it always very clean, nice, and quite spacious. i did enjoy the proximity to many attractions. i will book again!

the hotel is near times square and a subway station. many shops and restaurants are around the hotel, so there are lots of options for dining and shopping. you can see the theaters as soon as you walk out!

amazing location and service!

i loved how close i was to everything i wanted to see it was seriously steps from times square and major transport. the front desk staff were total stars especially carol who gave the best advice. i felt so at home and they really were pretty good too help me plan my days

small room loud noise

the location were good, close to the subway station.

my room was so small, it was really a problem with my luggage. also, the noise at night from outside was really loud. the thin walls did not help this.

mixed feelings about this stay

unreliable wifi cold shower

The first issue i encountered was the poor internet connectivity (it barely worked for a single day out of a four-day stay). hot water was also unreliable. It took ages to heat up, then turned cold quickly, i skipped showering altogether. a knob even came off the shower fixture. the phone's message light kept blinking, yet the message button was always busy. it created a frustrating experience.
